Banning any kind of public criticism of the Ministry?

Is anyone else starting to be truly and genuinely amazed that people aren't just walking into the Ministry with a wand and a wooden spoon and hexing with one hand and smacking with the other?

It's so frustrating to watch the noose tighten without knowing how we're going to unknot it.

I know it's the unpopular opinion once you're out of school, but I'm ready for the summer to move on and the weather to get colder. I'll regret saying it in the middle of winter, but I miss snow. I've a coat I didn't even get a chance to wear last winter. Silly a reason though that is, I know.

I've mostly been simply reading, rather than writing in this book since I purchased it, but I have to admit, it is a lot simpler than inter-department memos, or owls.
